Meet Aaron Schroer, Tennessee’s go-to expert in home inspection and real estate.

Launching his dynamic home inspection journey as an apprentice in 2009, he rapidly climbed the ranks, founding the esteemed Tennessee Home Inspectors LLC by 2013. Under his leadership, the firm has spearheaded over 9,000 inspections, becoming a trusted name in middle Tennessee that mirrors Aaron’s commitment and expertise.

With a lifelong interest in construction, he is a Georgia Tech alum with craftsman credentials from the Thomas Chippendale International School of Furniture. Aaron’s skills are diverse! Whether he’s enlightening realtors with CE classes, gracing expert panels, news or podcast interviews, or piloting drones across Tennessee skies, he brings enthusiasm to every endeavor.

Outside the boardroom, Aaron’s heart belongs to family outdoor adventures, his bond with his GSDxMalinois, and his permaculture property in Hartsville. An auto enthusiast, sustainability advocate, and real estate investor, Aaron Schroer embodies a passionate blend of expertise and zest for life.
